Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Kappa -1kg


  • Shallots 1/4 kg


  • Turmeric power -1 tsp


  • Curry leaves - 2 sprig


  • Green Chillies 6


  • Coconut Milk 2 cup

Directions

  • Cut kappa into small pieces and keep aside
  • Boil Kappa with 1 cup coconut milk
  • Add salt and turmeric powder to it
  • crush well shallots and green chilli in mixer
  • add this mixture When kappa is half cooked
  • And let it cook well add 1 cup of coconut milk
  • Add curry leave mix well
  • keep for 3 mins
  • Serve hot
